Custom perfume packaging is rarely a single component. A finished fragrance needs a cap, a bottle and a box that agree with each other — in weight, in colour, and in the way the cap bites onto the bottle neck. When those three are bought from three suppliers, every mismatch becomes your problem to solve. JinDi exists to remove that problem: Dizhong manufactures the hardware, the JinDi division handles design consultation and end-to-end delivery, and you work with one project manager, one quotation and one invoice.
We are a factory, not a trading intermediary. Mould design, die-casting, CNC, polishing, electroplating and injection moulding all happen inside our own 10,000㎡ facility in Dongguan, owned and operated by Dizhong. That is why technical answers come back directly from the people who make the part, pricing stays transparent, and every cap is traceable from raw material to finished piece. We have been specialising in fragrance packaging hardware since 2007.

Zamac & Aluminium Caps
Die-cast Zamac and aluminium caps held to ±0.01mm tolerance, finished in 24K gold, brushed silver, rose gold, gunmetal black, matte, or a fully custom colour system matched to your brand identity. Plating is done in-house by vacuum plating and eco-friendly wet electroplating, and every finish must pass cross-hatch adhesion testing and a 48-hour alcohol friction resistance evaluation before it ships. Mirror polishing — the process that decides whether a cap reads as luxury or not — runs through multiple manual and automated stages until the surface is texture-free. Precision etching mould technology reproduces brand crests, Arabic calligraphy and fine line artwork directly on the Zamac surface. Magnetic closure structures, composite metal-and-wood or metal-and-leather caps, and PP or Surlyn inner liners are all available, and every metal part carries a transparent protective coating so it will not oxidise or discolour in any climate.

Glass Bottles
Bespoke bottles crafted in lead-free crystal and borosilicate glass, custom-blown to the shape, weight and neck geometry your cap requires. Post-processing covers spray coating, sandblasting, silk screen printing, UV printing, hot stamping, branding and hand labelling — whatever the visual character of the brand demands. Spray pumps and collars are supplied as part of the same integrated range, so the closure system arrives matched rather than sourced separately. Because the cap and the bottle are engineered together, fit matching is tested at the mould stage rather than discovered on the filling line: every production batch has to achieve a perfect bite between cap and bottle neck.

Gift Boxes
Premium presentation packaging in rigid board, velvet and leatherette, with magnetic closures, ribbon pulls, foil embossing, deboss detailing and custom-fitted inserts. Our catalogue already covers the formats brands ask for most: magnetic mailer, sliding drawer, lift-off lid, flip-lid, hinged presentation case, tiered reveal, silk-lined casket and multi-panel vault, including illuminated display interiors for bespoke Gulf-market editions. Structural integrity is considered at the design stage, so the box is validated against international transport safety standards rather than tested by the first shipment — and orders travel in custom EPE pearl cotton trays inside reinforced five-layer outer cartons.

Our precision standards exceed what most factories even claim to achieve, and they are backed by CMM measurement equipment and 100% outgoing inspection. We follow AQL 1.0/2.5 international inspection standards and support client-appointed third-party inspection, such as SGS, at any point in the run. Fit matching between cap and bottle neck is validated at the mould stage, and structural integrity is validated against international transport safety standards. Your specification is our commitment, not a target.
Compliance is documented rather than asserted. We hold BSCI social audit certification through SGS and amfori, FSC Chain-of-Custody through SGS Hong Kong, and RoHS compliance certification — and full certificate PDFs and audit reports are available to your compliance contact on request. Every client signs a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement, and unauthorised use of any client mould is strictly prohibited. Clients are welcome to visit the Dongguan facility and inspect the full process from mould R&D to finished assembly.
Getting Started
From Sketch to Signed-Off Set
Send a concept, a sketch or a reference image. The JinDi division handles 3D modelling and provides material matching and structural optimisation recommendations, then the Dizhong mould department takes the design to production. We support full OEM and ODM: develop a private mould under NDA, or select from our library of classic public moulds, which lets a new brand avoid tooling cost entirely at launch.
MOQ is typically 5,000 to 10,000 pieces for custom components depending on the specific process, and can be negotiated for niche projects through our support programme for emerging brands. We ship EXW, FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou, CIF and DDP, with Middle East DDP express supported and complete customs documentation provided — Certificate of Origin, packing list, commercial invoice and export compliance papers.
