A custom perfume packaging brief is almost never one component. The cap has to bite correctly onto the bottle neck, the box has to hold both without movement, and all three have to agree in weight and in colour. Buy them from three suppliers and every mismatch lands back on your desk. Dizhong supplies all three as a matched set: the hardware is manufactured in our own factory, the JinDi division handles design consultation and end-to-end delivery, and you work with one project manager, one quotation and one invoice.

We are a factory, not a trading intermediary. Mould design, die-casting, CNC, polishing, electroplating and injection moulding all run inside our own 10,000㎡ facility in Dongguan, owned and operated by Dizhong. No subcontractors, no quality gaps, and complete traceability from raw material to finished cap — which is also why technical answers come back directly from the people who make the part. We have been specialising in fragrance packaging hardware since 2007.

Because the cap and the bottle are engineered together, fit matching is tested at the mould stage rather than discovered on the filling line: every production batch has to achieve a perfect bite between cap and bottle neck. Spray pumps and collars are supplied as part of the same integrated range, so the closure system arrives matched rather than sourced separately.

You specify the shape, the weight and the neck geometry your cap requires. Post-processing covers spray coating, sandblasting, silk screen printing, UV printing, hot stamping, branding and hand labelling — whatever the visual character of the brand demands. The bottle is delivered as one of the three elements of the set, under the same project manager and the same quotation as the cap and the box.

Our precision standards exceed what most factories even claim to achieve, and they are backed by CMM measurement equipment and 100% outgoing inspection. We follow AQL 1.0/2.5 international inspection standards and support client-appointed third-party inspection, such as SGS, at any point in the run. Fit matching between cap and bottle neck is validated at the mould stage, and structural integrity is validated against international transport safety standards. Your specification is our commitment, not a target.

Compliance is documented rather than asserted. We hold BSCI social audit certification through SGS and amfori, FSC Chain-of-Custody through SGS Hong Kong, and RoHS compliance certification — and full certificate PDFs and audit reports are available to your compliance contact on request. Every client signs a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement, and unauthorised use of any client mould is strictly prohibited. Clients are welcome to visit the Dongguan facility and inspect the full process from mould R&D to finished assembly.
